Les Iles Sanguinaires

This isolated archipelago consists of 4 islands, one of which has a picturesque path leading to a lighthouse and a Genoese tower. They have colonies of seabirds that nest in peace and original flora composed of more than 150 species on the main island. It is also an exceptional natural site renowned for its flamboyant sunsets.
Several hiking routes:

• Tour de la Parata (55 min, 2.7 km, +50/-50 m): a loop trail that goes around the peninsula through the Genoese tower of Parata (the climb to the tower can be avoided). Departure from the car park.
• Sentier des douaniers (2h40, 4 km, +180/-180 m): this round trip hiking route connects the tip of the Parata to the beach of Saint-Antoine along the coastal path. Departure from the brewery i Sanguinari.
